[duxuser] Duxbury is not "talking " to the embosser

So I got a new computer, loaded Duxbury successfully added the embosser Romeo
Pro 50 embossed a page thought I was good to go. Worked on a math worksheet
sent it to Duxbury realized I needed to download MathType to help Duxbury see
the math tried to emboss and then nothing. Any suggestions?
