You can use alt 2 at the beginning of the document and it will change it from 
Grade 1 to Grade 2.   You can look at it in the Mark-up of alt F3.

Is there any way to translate a document from grad one tograde two without 
losing all theformatting?

I am havint to do both, and I have printed ou the grade one coppy, but an mow 
having to re-format the grad gtwo coppy vecause I wasn't sure how to translate 
from one to the other.
