Sonya,
Once in a file.
Click on Document.
Choose Embosser Setup.
Now choose Narrow Width 11 Inch long paper
Characters per line should be 32
Lines per page should be 25
Choose OK to set these changes.
This should help you get the desired changes you wanted.

Subject: [duxuser] Duxbury question
I am currently using 11.5 by 11 paper in my embosser. Could someone explain the
changes that I need to make in Duxbury so that I can use 8.5 by 11 inch paper
in my
embosser? Please provide specific steps. I am using Duxbury 10.6 and
Window-Eyes 7.0.
