[duxuser] Editing codes in a translated file

I have a .dxb file. I want to do my final editing in the braille file.
Can I do global search and replace for codes revealed in this file? I
have tried doing it, but was unsuccessful. I usually do as much of my
editing in the .dxp file but this file is extremely technical in
formatting.
