Hi guys, Remember, in the braille file, if you replace codes or styles you are searching for print and so have to type them (in ascii) into the search/replace fields, to find and replace text you are searching for braille and so you have to braille (6 key entry) into the search and replace fields, the latter applies whether in normal or codes view. This gets tricky if you are trying to replace a code with text, you have to type in the search field and braille in the replace field! Styles are accessed by control + shift less-than. You will have to enter the codes in the Find/Replace dialog using the Control-Left Bracket, just as you would if you were entering them manually in the document itself. If you want to replace styles, enter them using Control-Less-Than. Note that in the dialog, you get very little verbal feedback, so you have to keep your wits about you. When you press the key for entering a code or style, the cursor will be placed between two square brackets. If you want to enter more than one code, press the End key when you finish the first code, and then press Control-Left Bracket to begin entering the second code. The same principle applies for entering more than one style. Good luck. Steve On Wednesday 9/7/05 09:28 Foxworth, Ann wrote: >I have a .dxb file.
