[duxuser] Embosser Help

I am a Teacher using an old Romeo 25 embosser, Dux 10-6, with a MacBook
Pro computer. I run Parallels virtual pc software which is how I run my
Duxbury. Everything was fine until about a week ago. When embossing,
my embosser started quitting on line 12 and shooting through the paper
no matter what I tried to emboss.
Not sure where the issue is, embosser?, software? cable (parallel
printer to USB)?. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
