Good Morning,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with my embosser. I have a index
basic-d V5 printer. Everything prints out fine except the top and side margins.
Is this something I need to call Index Braille company about. I have the
manual but I don't understand how to fix the problem.

I am using 12.1 SR1 (waiting for the county to buy the upgrade)

Interpoint
Form: 11.5 by 11 inches
characters per line 40
lines per page 25
Top margins in line 0
binding margins in character 0
