Dear Mr. Dexheimer, Thank you for contacting us. It sounds like you have a couple of things going on. First, the paper-outand top-of-form sensors probably need to be cleaned. We can walk you throughthis process over the phone, but you will need either medical grade isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol and Q tips before we can walk you through the procedure. If the tractors aren't adjusted correctly to fit the width of your paper, They may appear to be out of alignment, so we will want to try to assess what's going on here when we talk with you, as well. There is a good chance that the embosser will not need to come to Florida for service. If it does, though, please be aware that we do not have a loaner program. However, our average turn-around time for repairs is generally not more than two weeks. Please let us know the best number and times to contact you.We are availablefor telephone support between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
