Good afternoon folks. I'm glad to report that I obtained help from Enabling Technologies and a couple nursing aids in troubleshooting the snags with my Juliet. It was simply a matter of cleaning the paper out and top of form sensors with alcohol, and positioning the tractor feeds to the left so the paper would be situated and move properly. Praise the Lord for his guiding intervention in fixing these troublesome issues, so I can continue doing my normal tasks with no more hangups. Thanks to all for your prayers and suggestions. God bless.
