Thank you, Betsy,
I have Window-Eyes 5.0, Microsoft Office 2003, DBT 10.5 and Juliet Classic.
The problem started about six months ago and it continues even after I reinstalled the software.
This is the problem:
I import or write a document in DBT, I press the arrow down, WE read the first line but it misses the first letter which I can fix it by maximizing the Child-System.
When I translate the document and press the arrow down, WE is silent. I maximize the Child-System and WE reads the line in braille. I use the document restore and it is silent again. I maximize the system and then I can read the full line but if I want to read by letters, I have to enter a blank line before the first.
I am still doing my work, but it is very frustrating to repeat this routine every time I translate a document. I don't know what to do.
