Hi Fina,
Did you check to see of Duxbury is configured to the Everest D and whether
it is set for double-sided embossing or interpoint? If it is not set up for
that, that may be your problem. In the Everest D there is an option that
allows you to switch from single-sided to interpoint embossing. I used to
use that printer many years but cannot remember specific commands at the
moment.
I hope someone else on this list can answer your question.
