Hi Frank,

In DBT's Help. Go to Codes, Styles and Templates, and then select Codes.
Expand that, and you see various categories, one of which is "Using Tabs".

The topic you require there is "With Intervening Fill", although "Tab with
Leader" will also give you a link to that topic also.

George.

Subject: [duxuser] Inserting a line of dots between an item and an associated
number

I'm working on formatting a restaurant menu. For each item and price in the
menu, I want to generate a line of dots between the item and the price, like
the lines you find between the chapter and page number in a table of contents.

How do I generate such a line of dots?

Thanks,
Frank Welte
