I use the TOC style in the BANA Template and then I highlight the price and use
the Guide Dot feature in the Character Toolbar. It works great for menus.

Subject: [duxuser] Inserting a line of dots between an item and an associated
number

I'm working on formatting a restaurant menu. For each item and price in the
menu, I want to generate a line of dots between the item and the price, like
the lines you find between the chapter and page number in a table of contents.

How do I generate such a line of dots?

Thanks,
Frank Welte
