Hi Nadine, What it is actually asking for is your "License Text". This is essentially your serial number, with a few extra characters before and after. If it is a brand new copy of DBT, there should have been a yellow card enclosed with this information in both Large print and braille. Your dealer (in Australia?) may also be able to give you this detail, but if all else fails, send an e-mail to activation@xxxxxxxxxx with the License Number you have, and I'm sure they will be back to you with the full License Text very soon. I've installed the software, but every time I try to go into it I get two options, License and OK. If I hit license, it asks me for my license number, which I copy from the lid of the CD and press enter, but instead of accepting it and activating, or whatever it's supposed to be doing, it just keeps asking me for my license number. have i installed it incorrectly or is there something else going on? I hope this makes sense. Cheers, Nadine. * * * * This message is via list duxuser at freelists.org. * To unsubscribe, send a blank message with * unsubscribe * as the subject to <duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
