[duxuser] Installing the License File

It was necessary for me to reinstall both DBT 10.5 and DBT 1006 and I was asked
to load the license file but in addition to the serial number the digits 6239
were added at the end. It took me a while to figure how to do this and I still
can't remember how to do it.
Can anybody give me step by step instructions to do this if ever my computer
crashes again?
