Eileen,

Try resetting the Juliet to factory defaults. With the settings you described, your pages should be a bit close to the top, but you can set a top margin of 1 in DBTW to fix that.

Subject: [duxuser] Interpoint Embossing Not configured Correctly

Hi List Serve,

I did post this to the list last week, but I must have had the wrong address
to the list because it was never posted. So, I will posed this concern
again.
I received a new replacement laptop from Dell last week. I am running Win
7-64 bits, with a Juliette Pro 60 using a parallel-to-USB adaptor. I
established a generic-text printer and found the port connection fine. I am
using DBT 11, SR2. I set up the embosser in DBT as a generic interpoint
printer, on wide 11 inch paper. The settings are 40 cells, 25 lines, 0 top
margin, 0 left margin. When I go to emboss, the printer will embossed the
first page with 3 lines on the back side. It then prints a full page with no interpoint on it, followed by three lines. This seems to be the pattern. How can this be fixed so that I get the Juliette Pro 60 to emboss on both sides
correctly? Please advise with any suggestions to resolve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Eileen
