  Hi Sandy,
Assuming that when you installed DBT 10.6, you had also installed the JAWS
script, you would be able to read the Braille display from the braille document
by pressing Alt plus 7. JAWS will read the current line at the cursor location.

    Subject: [duxuser] JAWS reading braille

Here is a question I cannot find the answer to in the help menus of JAWS or
DBT. I have downloaded the demo of JAWS and am working in Duxbury with it. I
understand the commands for reading print text, but when I begin with the
braille screen, I can't get the screen reader to correctly read the braille I
have entered. It seems that I have to translate it to print first. Is there a
keyboard command for the screen reader to work with the braille entry?
                                                                       Thanks,
Sandy
