Hi Francis, Can I suggest we tackle one issue at a time? Let's start with your letter heading Template. Open a new document in DBT. Create your letter heading as you want it. Don't worry if it is not perfect, as you can change it later. When you are happy with what you have, from the Document Menu, select "Create Template". In the "Create New template text box, replace "Untitled Template" with a name of your own and press OK. You will then be asked if you wish to save the Codes and Text with the Template. Select Yes. Close the document. Now, when you create a new document, you should find your Template Name in the list of Templates. In particular, the letterhead template will cut down my work considerably as this will include my home and e-mail addresses as well as phone and fax numbers. A while back, someone did post a message on how this is done but a malfunction in my computer wiped out all messages I had saved in a special folder. Is there material I can look up or alternatively, I would appreciate help in creating the necessary steps to do this and to create things such as title pages or embossing Braille texts from about halfway down a page.
