[duxuser] Math stuf for Malta governmental agency

Once and a while our website brings in worldwide requests that we can't even
come close to handling in house. A Maltese governmental agency needs
several fairly lengthy mathematical documents turned to Braille. I am
assuming that Malta braille readers would use some sort of math code other
than Nemeth or British. Any one here have that set of skills? Or have
contacts who might?
