Hi Don, In my haste, it looks like I may have given you the wrong information. It appears that DBT may be honoring Word's Double Spacing after all. I'll do some checking. Apologies for misleading you. George. ________________________________ From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of George Bell Sent: 14 February 2006 17:39 To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] Re: Line spacing problem Hi Don, It rather sounds like the Word document might actually have had hard carriage returns at the end of each line, as opposed to being properly double spaced. If you don't have anyone or any way to check, e-mail the Word Document to me at george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I'll check it. The shift F 1 command did not work. I ended up deleting the extra lines individually. Fortunately, it was a short document. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I'm using DBT 10.5 and Word 2003 Don Hansen
