[duxuser] Need Help Installing Swift

Hi, George. I'm using Windows ME and Office XP. I have tried downloading
the dbtw.dot template with no success. I don't see a "save target as" or
"save link as" option when I right-click on the link. When I
double-click to save the file, the it seems to get saved, but Word
treats it as a document.
What am I doing wrong? Am I not seeing something that should be there?
And what would the folder name be that the template is supposed to be
copied to when using XP?
