Hi Dani,

What version of Explorer are you using?

I am using IE 6.0 and when I right click on the "MS Word
Template" link at
 http://www.duxburysystems.com/freeware.asp the first four
items are:-

Open
Save Target as...
Print Target

However, if do double-click on it, it will by default save
the file to your chosen downloads folder as DBTW.DOC - note
the .doc extension. In that case rename the file to have a
dot d o t extension, i.e. dbtw.dot.

Now search for Folders called STARTUP. If you locate one
called c:\.....\word\startup copy it there. Failing that,
you should have one called c:\......\office\startup, so
place it in that startup folder.

Next time you run Word, SWIFT should be there.

Hi, George. I'm using Windows ME and Office XP. I have tried
downloading the dbtw.dot template with no success. I don't
see a "save target as" or "save link as" option when I
right-click on the link. When I double-click to save the
file, the it seems to get saved, but Word treats it as a
document.

What am I doing wrong? Am I not seeing something that should
be there?
And what would the folder name be that the template is
supposed to be copied to when using XP?

Thanks,
Dani
