I went to the Duxbury website last week and sent a request for assistance but haven't heard back. I purchased a Serial/USB connector cable for my Romeo Pro 50 embosser but can't seem to get it to communicate correctly. Can someone give me the name and email for the person at Duxbury that can help me with this? My laptop "recognizes" the cable/embosser when I plug it in, but when I tell a document to emboss nothing happens. Thank you so much.
