There could be a number of reasons.
1) Check both your form length in DBT, and that of the Blazer.
2) Check your Lines per page in DBT. With 11 inch paper, you would normally
expect to get 25 lines.
3) Top and bottom margins. Make sure they are either at zero, or that you
have deducted the margin number from the lines per page.
