Hi Becky! maybe could help you to roll back and reinstall any driver which makes the communication between the embosser and the pc. Something similar has happened to me on a Everest v4 after i printed some tactile pictures - sig files which were saved incorrect in quicktak. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Becky Sherman" <beckysherman@xxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [duxuser] Number of cells being brailled

I have a Romeo Attache, single side, so I think it's Pro,. It was embossing just fine until two days ago. I have the number of cells set at 30, 8.5 X 11 inch paper, and all of a sudden it started printing the first 3 or 4 pages correctly then started cutting off words, printing/embossing 24 characters instead of the 30.

I looked at my settings in Duxbury and they haven't changed. I'm now going to read the embosser manual to see if I can find the answer but I thought I might get the answer quicker by asking on this post.

Thank you.
