[duxuser] Opening a .brf document in Duxbury 10.7, Windows 7

If I open Duxbury, go to open, and navigate to a .brf document,
Duxbury 10.7 opens it nicely. If, however, I press enter on a .brf
document in a list in order to open it, Duxbury gives the following
error messages:

Unable to get template directory. Please run setup.
---------------------------
OK
Pressing okay gives me:
---------------------------
import file, template 0 items
Pressing escape gives me:
---------------------------
DBT
---------------------------
Cannot create TASK_WIN
---------------------------
OK
Okaying this returns me to the list where the .brf file resides.
I am using DBT 10.7, Windows 7. Is there something I need to do so
that DBT will just stinkin' open the file in the list, the way it
does with 10.6 on my Windows XP computer???
