Gary, You said no response was necessary, but I do want to say I appreciate your thanks. It's good to get reinforcement for the work I've done on DBT 10.5, as I then know the templates are being used. I just got home from doing training for two groups. One group in particular provided amazing feedback and sparked my motivation to add additional capability to the Word template, which will be available in service release 2. However, I have read Susan's two messages quite well. What I do if I come upon a message with this characteristic is to click on the e-mail source button. Then, I have to pass through the HTML code. I have queried people who send me messages whereby the text does not show as normally it should. One woman, in particular, used to send messages that I always had to click the e-mail source button to view the text. Then, all of a sudden, she started sending messages that were viewable as most are. She said there was nothing she had changed. So the mystery goes on. While I have the opportunity, I want to thank you Susan for all the many, many hours you have contributed to braille access in all the many ways you do. I know that "thank you" isn't nearly the best way to commend you, so I'll just say "Thanks a bunch!".
