Do you mean DBT 10.5?
Have you applied Service Pack 1?
If not, go to Help, select Check for Updates.
If that fails, please contact support@xxxxxxxxxx as I
believe there have been some Puma issues of late.

We are using Puma Vi with Duxbury 4.5. At times the Puma
skips certain words although they appear on screen and also
are printed if embosed with braillo.
