[duxuser] Problems with the Managed Service!

Have been preparing graded 1 Braille document for a test this Thursday. Some of 
the tables need to be put onto large Braille Paper.
Cut and pasted into new Duxbury document (10.7 SR1 on Windows 7 Enterprise). 
Saved the new document pertinent to the question from the Y9 Exam 'paper'. When 
I attempt to emboss, I get this message:

The system cannot find the file specified.

I did do a 'test' emboss on the first day of my return after a long absence - 
if Managed Services keep this up my depression might just return!
