Aloha Karina,
Check at the top of the document, with your codes turned on, alt-f3, to see
if there is a code that tells the page number to be printed at the bottom
of each page, like a footer.

The first query is that it would be lovely if I could emboss straight from Microsoft Word, so that I only have to change the formatting in Microsoft Word, and then emboss it straight without having to go through Duxbury and then reformat it. Secondly, I am transcribing a document and have come across a line at the bottom of the page that just says "page". I have tried to delete it but it won't have it and deletes the text previous to that line. This is working with a Braille file.
