[duxuser] Receiving messages from the list

Hi all,
Sorry if this is off topic for this list, but it is kind of central and I'm
hoping someone will reply to me privately and help.
I've just discivered that norton has created an anti spam folder in outlook
express and all the duxuser messages are going into it. Can anyone tell me
how to stop this happening? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the
brackets around the list name, because messages from another list I'm on
which also uses these brackets around the list name are also all ending up
in the spam folder.
any help would be much appreciated.
