Hi Jean, I used to do a lot of ASCII braille back when Duxbury was using DOS. I would find myself needing to make additions to the braille document, and this seemed the easiest way to do it. Back then, I ran the file through Duxbury, opened the file in a modified form of WordStar, made the modifications, stripped it to plain text, and then embossed it. I used WordStar 4, and had the page format designed to emulate the braille page size. I learned the ASCII braille part from using the old VersaBraille Classic, and it just stayed there with me.
