Don,

I didn't save the message I sent, so I'm not sure what happened.  My 
guess is that I gave you the wrong sequence for entering the Service 
Menu.  To enter the Service Menu, type 0.0E.

After you finish the rest of the sequence, you have to exit the menu 
by entering 1E.  The printer will then reset itself.
