Maybe I'm not understanding the problome, but six key entry is a toggle off the view menu. The shortcut key is F2. It also is a toggle. You can verify which mode is active by reading the status line.


Hope that's the simple answer you need. So, go to your problem file and see if you can make the switch.

I'm writing a braille file using six-key input mode. For some reason, it suddenlty switched into QWERTY mode, and I really don't know how to switch it back. If I start a new file, I'm in six-key mode again, but as soon as I go back to this file I'm in QWERTY. Can anyone suggest anything?
