Hi to all:
Is there a means of having DBT skip all the text in a particular style.
For context, the style I'm looking at is one used to identify index terms. Perhaps as an author, I want to see this, perhaps even inline as it appears in the text. As a reader though, either I don't want to see it or I want to see it in the context of an index, not inline.
Any DBT-handling advice would be appreciated.
Chris
