[duxuser] Spanish-English/English-Spanish Dictionary Now Available on Web-Braille

The .brf files for a 27-volume Spanish-English/English-Spanish dictionary
were recently donated to Web-Braille through the courtesy of the American
Printing House for the Blind. The BR number is:
BRE00010
Note the E in the number.
