Hi Nadine,

It sounds like your safest bet would be to get a copy of the
Template being used at work, and copy it to your home
system.

Once you have done that, you would need to open a new
document using this Template, and copy and paste your
existing work into the new file, saving the new file with a
different name.

This should be much easier than trying to match up Styles.
