Hi again, George,

What I'm asking for is the ability to vertically center the contents of a page (e.g., a title page), so that the Braille output would show an equal number of blank lines at the top and bottom of the page. Is there a way to do this already with a style or in some other way? If not, I'd love to see this feature added to DBT.

Sorry for any confusion I may have caused with my previous posting. I hope I've explained this more clearly this time.

I'm off to Good Friday services, but will be back online later this evening.

Again, many thanks.

Hi John,

You've got me on that one - or perhaps it's just been a funny day!

Do you mean, mark a block of text, center it, and put a page break before and after the text which you have centered?

If you do mean this, I can explain how to do it. It will be a good lesson in creating Styles with Codes.

If you don't, could you give me a more prise example please?

(By the way, don't give up on the suggestions for 10.5. I'm told that some today might actually make it)

George.

Hello again, George,

OK, you asked for it (smile) ... so here's another suggestion for DBT 10.5.

I'd like to see a style or code pair which would automatically center the enclosed text vertically on its own page (or on each page, if multiple pages of material are present). MegaDots already has this feature.

Or is there already a way to do this in DBT?

Thanks again.

Hi John,

Very good suggestions, and indeed the second is one that I have been meaning to bring up myself.

They have been forwarded for insertion into the feature/problem database.

Many thanks and keep them coming.

George.
