Hi Karina, May I suggest you go back to the word\startup folder and remove any .dot files beginning with dbt.... This should leave you with just one DBT menu item, and hopefully get rid on one problem. However, when I select "Emboss Direct", an error message appears saying that it can't find duxbury.ini. What should I do from here? One other query relating to importing from Duxbury, does the Braille follow the template that is selected every time you open duxbury as in if I sent a document to Braille from Word, would it emboss following the UK Literary no capitals template as this is the default template? Thank you for your help. Karina This Message has been scanned for viruses by McAfee Groupshield.
