[duxuser] Transcriber defined typeface indicator

 If I am already in a print dbt document, how do I style something as
having a transcriber defined typeface? For example in a sentence that has
the subject underlined, which is easy enough, and the predicate double
underlined. How do I mark the typeface for the predicate?
