I do not appear to be able to locate anything in the UEB rules with regard to
different types of underlining, but have copied this to an ICEB contact who may

If you are using 12.2 or above:
You can add the codes [fts~n] and [fte~n] where n is 1 to 5 to indicate the
start and end for each of the five transcriber defined typeface indicators.
Have a look at the information under the DBT CODES QUICK REFERENCE in the Help
menu.

If I am already in a print dbt document, how do I style something as having a
transcriber defined typeface? For example in a sentence that has the subject
underlined, which is easy enough, and the predicate double underlined. How do I
mark the typeface for the predicate?
