the "initial" style in your Template.

go about doing so? Then when I emboss directly, the code is

You could also apply the "variation-informal" style to documents where
symbols such as > and = are frequently used in a non-standard way. In
most cases DBT will translate them as CBC or Nemeth symbols when the
code is applied. For example, the = will translate as a full cell.
Just insert the code [vrn~inf] at the start of the document. If you
produce a lot of documents like that you can create and save a template
with the code at the beginning and use it for such documents.
And if you wish to go back to standard braille in the same document, the
code [vrn] will cancel the "informal" mode.

Warren for contacting me directly and listening to my concerns

to producing and using documents as part of my work.
Again, I thank you all for your feedback to my query, and I am
now aware
that I must continue on phasing out the use of Braille in my
daily
routine, and become even more reliant on the spoken word to
replace its
use.
