There should be a second double dot 6 after the stroke.
The rule is 8.4.2: "The effect of a capitalised word indicator is terminated by 
a ... nonalphabetic symbol ..."

How should STD/STI be transcribed? Is it sufficient to have two dot 6's before 
the entire thing or should there be another set after the oblique stroke?
