Regarding the blank line between H2 and H3 headings. What I do is use H2 and
then 7/7 instead of H3. I do my work in Word, so on the line before the H2
heading, I put a conditional page eject code of cp3 so that the H2 and 7/7 and
first line of text stay together on a page. Note that the heading and first
line require 4 lines, so the code number is n=1, which is 3. I’ve never
understood why it’s calculated like that. I think it would be easier to count
lines and use that number, but just remember that the CP code requires one less
from the required number
As for the Guide Word using the wrong dash, I know about that too. The only
solution I found is to manually create a footer on each page and put the words
and proper dash in that way. Hopefully that will be fixed in the next release.
