[duxuser] Using Note Style

Can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong here? Sometimes when I
use DBT 10.5's "note" style, I can't get out of it! I've tried using the down
arrow, the right arrow, Cntl + end, and everything I can think of. Yet when I
start a new paragraph with Cntl + M, I get a new note! I've tried inserting
Cntl + L to get new lines before and after the note but I still have this
problem. I've also tried setting the ending code for the note style, {ind1}
but it just won't end. Any suggestions?
