This is situation where the context analysis missed a case, and the double-quote mark was taken to be an opening quote mark when, clearly, it is a closing one. The same kind of analysis is done when sorting out whether a single quote mark is opening or closing, and so a similar error occurred. It will be easy to correct these errors with the next version of the tables.
