on my Word taskbar!

Hi! I have DBT 11.3 SR1 and Word 2016. I have recently downloaded SWIFT
and according to the information on SWIFT I should have a braille tab on my
word toolbar which I don't have. Has anybody had the same experience and/or
have any suggestions to help me out?
