Sorry to contradict you, but you did say 10 point zero and not 10.4,
which I know you've got.
Using a Word document for testing isn't really going to help. You need
to test from within DBT.
In Word, you would need to decrease your right margin as a dimension
measured from the left hand side of the page, on increase it if measured
from the right hand side of the page.
In DBT you reduce the characters per line, as well as alter the margins.
As I warned you, DBT is rather kludge in this regard.

No, Nita, it's the latest version and "stupid me" I found
courier new, and I did try it but it still cuts off the righthand end of
the text on every line. I'm using a word document for my testing.
