Hi Ann, Sorry to contradict you, but you did say 10 point zero and not 10.4, which I know you've got. Using a Word document for testing isn't really going to help. You need to test from within DBT. In Word, you would need to decrease your right margin as a dimension measured from the left hand side of the page, on increase it if measured from the right hand side of the page. In DBT you reduce the characters per line, as well as alter the margins. As I warned you, DBT is rather kludge in this regard.
