[duxuser] a strange thing is happening

Now that I have MS Word files opening properly in DBT, I am experiencing another puzzling problem.

Whenever I import a word file, Duxbury treats the paragraphs in an odd way.

Instead of placing {para.} and {/para.} around the paragraph of text it itserts the code {b-bodytext.} and {/b-bodytext.} instead.

This then means that all the text is presented as a single block. The only way I can get a sensible file is upon opening the word file in DBT I then must do a search and replace on the b-bodytext style codes and replace them with es~para. and es~/para. codes.

It makes no difference which DBT template I use, always the result is the same.

Hope someone here also has a quick and easy answer.

I am using Windows XP Pro, Office 2003, DBT10.5 and JFW6.
When I ran the same downloaded version of DBT under Windows 98, I did not experience this problem.

Many thanks

Christine
