Adobe reader 7 will save to text. It may distroy the formatting in the
process though. If you are looking for *any* way to do this, I recommend
ocr on the pdf even though it is or may be perfectly readable, the result of
the ocr then can be dumped into word as it is processed and hopefully
formatting retained. Once you have the document though, it will be
interesting to see how dbt handles all that technical writing.
I'd be happy to explore the issue if you send me a pdf that you want to
braille.

Hi Scott,
You cannot unfortunately simply braille out a PDF. You will
need to convert it to another format, such as plain text or
HTML.
You may be able to do this with Adobe Reader 7.
